Alyana "Yana" Clarisse Evans, aged 4
Leyte, Philippines
Last update, November 16
Leaving the hospital. Dorwisa, Yana and Yana's nurses at Deborah Heart and Lung Center, New Jersey Oct. 30 - "Alyana was released from the hospital on Tuesday and is looking and feeling just great. Dorwisa is also doing quite well, and I think is very happy to be back at home with us. Yana's follow up examination at Deborah Hospital is scheduled for next Tuesday at 2:00 PM, so we'll know then if everything is good. Believe it or not, Dorwisa and Alyana got to see some light snow here yesterday in October. Today is Halloween, so we've gotten a costume for Yana, and she's going trick or treating for candy later dressed as a Barbie Bride."  ./Ray

Nov. 6 - "Alyana's follow-up visit at Deborah hospital was yesterday, and everything went great. She has received her "fit to fly" certification from the cardiologist, and is looking wonderful. We'll let you know the details of her flight arrangements for the return flight home as soon as we make them. I would anticipate the early part of next week."  /Ray

Nov. 14 - Alyana & Dorwisa are now in the air.
They will be arriving in Manila at 10:40 PM on Friday, November 15th.

Nov. 16 - "Yana & Dorwisa arrived home safely last night at 10:45PM. Yana will see Dr. Collado today.".  /Jenny
